Privacy Policy
How Aesthetica handles your photos and data in the iOS app and on aifacerating.com — what we process, why, who helps us, and the choices you have.

This Privacy Policy explains how Aesthetica ("Aesthetica", "we", "us") processes information when you use the Aesthetica iOS app (the "App") and the website aifacerating.com (the "Website"), together the "Services".
Aesthetica is developed and operated by an independent developer based in Türkiye, who is the data controller for the Services. You can reach us at any time at taserdeveloper@gmail.com.
Summary
- Your photos are not stored. A photo you choose is sent over an encrypted connection, analyzed, and then discarded. We do not keep a copy on our servers.
- Facial measurements are used only to create your analysis. We do not use them to identify you or to build a face database.
- No advertising. The App contains no advertising or ad-tracking SDKs, and we do not sell or share your personal data for advertising.
- Minimal, privacy-friendly analytics. We use TelemetryDeck, which is designed to work without collecting personal data.
- Purchases are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. We never see your payment card details.
Information we process
Photos you choose to analyze
When you take or select a photo for analysis, the App sends it over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our analysis service. To generate your results, the image is processed by Google's Gemini API. The image is used only to produce your analysis (for example your face score, face shape, symmetry, skin, eye shape and hairline insights) and is not stored by us afterwards.
Generating the analysis involves measuring facial features such as the position of your eyes, nose, mouth and jaw. These measurements are used solely to compute your results. We do not use them to recognize or identify you, we do not match them against other faces, and we do not retain them after the analysis.
Please only analyze photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission.
Your results
Your analysis results and scan history are kept in the App so you can view your history and track progress. They are removed when you delete the App.
Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive your card or billing details. We use RevenueCat to manage purchases and subscription status. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID, purchase and subscription information (such as product, transaction dates and receipt data) and basic device information, so the App can unlock the features you paid for and restore purchases.
App analytics
We use TelemetryDeck to understand, in aggregate, how the App is used and to find crashes and bugs (for example, which screens are opened and the App and iOS version). TelemetryDeck is built to avoid collecting personal data: it does not receive your photos, name or email, and identifiers are anonymized before they are sent. We do not use analytics data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Website
When you visit aifacerating.com, our hosting and content delivery providers process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the Website and protect it against abuse. The Website may use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics that report aggregated visit statistics. The Website does not use advertising cookies.
Messages you send us
If you email us, we process your email address and the contents of your message to reply to you.
Why we process information (legal bases)
Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) applies, we rely on:
- Your request and consent — to analyze a photo you choose to submit. You can simply stop using the analysis feature at any time.
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Services and the features you purchased.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the Services secure, fix bugs and understand aggregated usage, in a way that respects your privacy.
- Legal obligations — where we must keep or disclose information by law.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Services, and only as needed for the purposes above:

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Some of them are located outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area (for example in the United States); where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Data retention
- Photos: not stored by us; discarded after the analysis is generated.
- Results and history: kept in the App until you delete the App.
- Purchase records: kept by Apple and RevenueCat as long as needed to provide your purchases and meet legal requirements.
- Analytics: kept in aggregated or anonymized form.
- Emails: kept as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Under KVKK (Article 11) you also have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it. To exercise any of these rights, email taserdeveloper@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority — KVKK).
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly process personal data of children under 13. If you believe a child has used the Services, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Security
We use encrypted connections for all photo uploads and limit processing to what is needed for the analysis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the App or on the Website.
